We only rent Sunday to Sunday
Monthly rates negotiable.
Off-season rates negotiable.
A down payment of $500 dollars per week is due one week after booking. This is refundable if you cancel your booking prior to 28 days before the reservation date. There will be a $50 handling charge.
Full payment is due one month before your arrival time. This is refundable if you cancel your booking and if we can re-rent the time you requested. There will be a $50 handling charge.
